Refund policy

At CleanTech Living, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used cleaning products, opened accessories, and items showing signs of use may not be eligible for return.
